This task is to create a magazine front cover, contents page and double page spread.
The type of music magazine that I will be producing, will be Indie-Rock. This is because I feel that Indie-Rock magazines are the most popular, and also look the most interesting on the shelf. This is obviously because I like to read Indie-Rock magazines, but I think that I am better making a magazine in the genre that I like, because this way, I would be able to include things that I know about. For example, I would be able to come up with the feature articles if I know of Indie-Rock bands.
The Target Audience of my band is primarily going to be 16-25. This is because I think that younger people tend to listen to music daily, and are a lot more interested in reading about it, rather than older people. However, obviously anyone of any age can read my magazine, but my magazine is designed mainly for 16-25 years olds.
